From Buffalo to Arizona, Seattle to Pensacola make sure to look for the CARSTAR Super’Stang as it rolls across the United States on it’s way to generating funds for the courageous kids of the Make-A-Wish Foundation®. Starting June 9, CARSTAR, the largest group of collision repair stores in North America, will hit the road with a re-creation of the legendary 1967 Mustang. This 18-month tour will help grant the wishes of seriously ill kids. The Super’Stang is expected to make approximately 40 appearances at fundraising events to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation and high-profile car collector events in conjunction with local CARSTAR collision repair shop golf tournaments, car shows and cruise events. The tour will end with the sale of the CARSTAR Super’Stang at an auction in Scottsdale, Ariz., in January 2009, with net proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. “It is an honor to be the beneficiary of the Super’Stang Muscle Tour,” said David Williams, president and chief executive officer of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America. “CARSTAR’s support will help make it possible to grant the wishes of even more courageous children, bringing hope, strength and joy to them and their families.”

The 3M Performance 400 is the second NASCAR Nextel Cup stock car race held at the Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, Michigan. A Taste of Colorado stands proud as the end-of-summer celebration of community pride and spirit in the Denver region. Over 500,000 people make the four-day Festival their Labor Day Weekend celebration and enjoy the offerings of over 50 area restaurants, 250 marketplace artisans and vendors, seven stages, and educational programs promoting the diverse cultural and western heritage of the region — all for no admission fee.
